The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) is responsible for:

• Providing statewide guidance on the use of pesticides in the cultivation of cannabis
• Providing guidance to the Bureau of Cannabis Control on testing for pesticides
• Requiring that pesticides being applied to cannabis comply with food and agriculture standards
