Decisions on Appeal from County Administrative Actions
Administrative actions are taken by county agricultural commissioners to levy both agricultural and structural civil penalties for violations of the pesticide laws and regulations. Decisions levying agricultural civil penalties can be appealed to DPR. Decisions levying structural civil penalties can be appealed to the Disciplinary Review Committee (DRC). DPR and DRC decisions can be appealed through the court system.
