AB1011 - Requirements and Obligations Concerning Registration Data
Legislation passed in 2005 (Assembly Bill 1011) prompted several changes in DPR’s registration process. Previously, DPR had to obtain written permission from the data owner before considering data owned by that company to support another company’s application for registration or amendment. AB 1011 removed this requirement. See FAQ’s, (PDF, 82 kb)
