DPR 22-002 Medical Supervision Program (Noticed 3/18/22; Comment period closed 5/3/22)
DPR amended section 6728 of Title 3, California Code of Regulations. This action clarifies that the physician contracted with an employer to act as a medical supervisor must be registered with the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment. Additionally, this action requires that baseline red cell and plasma cholinesterase determinations, which are verified every two years, be established after a period of at least 30 days during which the employee has had no exposure to an organophosphate or carbamate pesticide.
