Notice of Completion of Human Health Risk Assessment for the Active Ingredient Allyl Isothiocyanate

The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has completed a human health risk assessment for the proposed new active ingredient allyl isothiocyanate (AITC). The purpose of this risk assessment is to conduct a pre-registrational evaluation of potential human health risks resulting from the inhalation of AITC based on its proposed use as a pre-plant soil fumigant on food and non-food crops.
