Non-Substantial Changes to Revised Inspection Forms

Enforcement Letter ENF 03-03 dated January 23, 2003, provided a copy of the revised inspection forms, Violation Notice, Inspection Report Supplement, and the Pesticide Regulatory Activities Monthly Report (Report 5).

Due to comments received from the staff of the 12 pilot counties who participated in the Inspection Procedures Workshop held February 25-27, as well as other data entry considerations, some non-substantial changes were made to the inspection forms, Violation Notice, Inspection Report Supplement and Pesticide Regulatory Activities Monthly Report, since Enforcement Letter ENF 03-03 was released. These changes have no impact to the criteria approved by the Pesticide Regulatory Affairs Committee at the 2002 Winter Conference.

Please disregard the copies enclosed with Enforcement Letter ENF 03-03, (revision date of 01/03), and replace them with the copies enclosed to this Enforcement Letter ENF 03-15 (revision date 3/03).

These new forms have been ordered and will be ready for use as of July 1, 2003. Your Senior Pesticide Use Specialist will be contacting you to schedule training for the new forms and inspection procedures.
