Who can sign up –
CAC staff who serve as hearing officers will be given preference over hired hearing officers who may attend based on space availability. We recommend one or two attendees per county at a training location in your region.
Attendees please review the Hearing Officer Roundtable Project report (2004) online at www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/county/training/hrngofcr/hearofficer.htm prior to attending the training. A more comprehensive Hearings Sourcebook is due out later this summer. An agenda for the training will be posted on the DPR CAC training page in mid-May.
If you have further questions, please contact your Enforcement Branch Liaison.
Sincerely,
