Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Planning – Fiscal Year 2007/2008 Work Plan
Your Pesticide Use Enforcement Work Plan for fiscal year 2007/2008 is due to your Regional Office Enforcement Branch Liaison (EBL) by October 1, 2007.
The work plan should continue to focus on the core enforcement program elements of restricted material permitting, compliance monitoring, and enforcement response. Please include reference to any special projects approved from the Residual Mill Fund that are still in progress.
Counties with multi-year work plans should update their work plan to address new or emerging issues they are facing at this time. For example, some counties are dealing with new pest detections such as the light brown apple moth and the Mediterranean fruit fly that undoubtedly affect priorities and staff resources.
If you need further assistance regarding this matter please contact your EBL.
Sincerely,
