2001 Examination Schedule

Enclosed is the Department of Pesticide Regulation’s, Licensing and Certification Unit’s 2001 Examination Code Schedule for Agricultural Pest Control Adviser, Qualified Applicator License/Certificate, Pest Control Dealer Designated Agent, and Pest Control Aircraft Pilot. Please use the enclosed 2001 Examination Code Schedule Master to make copies to replace the old 2000 examination schedule on the current supply of License and Certificate application packets that you provide to your customers. Also a customer may download the Examination Code Schedule from the website, www.cdpr.ca.gov and click on topic licensing issues.

If your office needs additional supplies of the Licensing and Certification application forms, please order by submitting Requisition Form (PR-ENF-197, Rev. 6/00) to Mr. Gil Garcia in the Pesticide Enforcement Branch. I want to remind you that outdated Licensing and Certification application forms that stay in circulation can seriously inconvenience everyone and delay the approval process of the customer. Your help in circumventing this problem is appreciated.
