2003 Enforcement Manual Update – Laws Section California Food and Agricultural Code)

Enclosed, for your information and use, is a copy of the 2003, California Food and Agricultural Code (FAC) prepared by the Department of Pesticide Regulation which includes: Division 6. Pest Control Operations, Division 7. Agricultural Chemicals, Livestock Remedies, and Commercial Feeds, and Division 13. Bee Management and Honey Production.

Please use this enclosure to replace the Laws section of your Enforcement Manual. The Enforcement Manual has been set up so that as laws are amended, adopted, or repealed, new manual pages will be sent to replace the existing. These replacement pages will be sent to you as enforcement letters. Updates to the Enforcement Manual will be provided annually.

The Governor’s Reorganization Plan 1 of 1991 has not been included with this year’s manual update, but may be included next year.

Reproductions for your staff may be made, utilizing the enclosure as a master copy. The FAC is also on the enclosed compact disk from which copies may also be made. A link to the complete FAC laws can be found on DPR’s Web site at www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/legbills/opramenu.htm.
