2003 Spring Conference Minutes

Enclosed is a copy of the 2003 Spring Conference minutes for your reference. This copy includes all of the Board of Directors and committee meeting minutes, along with any attachments I received from the committees.

At the request of the California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association Board of Directors and because of the size of the file, these minutes are being distributed on the enclosed compact disk (CD) to all County Agricultural Commissioners and to staff from the Department of Pesticide Regulation and the Department of Food and Agriculture. A copy has been sent to the California Association of Standards and Agricultural Professionals (CASAP). The minutes are also posted on the Department of Pesticide Regulation’s internal Web site. It is my understanding that CASAP will also post these minutes on their Web site.
