2005 County Registration Requirements and Fees Survey

In an effort to provide county agricultural commissioners, their staff, and the regulated community with current county registration requirements and fee information, the Department of Pesticide Regulation’s Pest Management and Licensing Branch is conducting this survey.

Please review your county registration information on the enclosed spreadsheet and make any necessary revisions to the document. Submit revisions to the spreadsheet via e-mail or mail (address listed below) to Ms. Sandy Ratliff, of my staff, by October 15, 2004. If you do not respond, we will assume that the information on the spreadsheet is correct. It will be incorporated into our county registration requirements and fee chart and posted on our Web site.

In the future, the Pest Management and Licensing Branch will mail an annual notice to the counties requesting any updates or corrections to the 2005 county registration requirements and fee chart. Please notify us immediately as changes are made throughout the year.
