2011 Disk and Updates to Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium
The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) is issuing a compact disk (CD) of the 2011 version of the Enforcement Program Standards Compendium Volume 2, Laws and Regulations. We are mailing these disks now and your office will receive one soon. You may make as many copies of this disk as you need.
This 2011 CD consolidates the updates issued in enforcement letters since the last CD issued in January 2010. We recommend that you discard former versions of Volume 2 and print new copies from this edition. The entire volume has been updated and re-formatted, and the pagination is different from earlier versions. As always, the pages are formatted to be printed back-to-back (duplex).
The following excerpts of laws and regulations relevant to the pesticide regulatory program are included:
- Food and Agricultural Code (FAC)
- Title 3, California Code of Regulations (3CCR)
- Business and Professions Code (B&P Code) relevant to structural pest control
- Title 16, California Code of Regulations (16CCR)
- Labor Code (LC) relevant to Farm Labor Contractors
- Health and Safety Code (HSC) relevant to pesticide poisoning and vector control.
Regulatory staff are encouraged to access the officially maintained versions of the appropriate statutes and regulations prior to taking any enforcement action. Links to official sites are available from DPR’s website.
Please note: The laws and regulations found on DPR’s Internet webpage under Volume 2, Laws and Regulations Compendium are formatted differently than those we release through enforcement letters and on this CD, and thus have different pagination.
