Amendment to Title 3, California Code of Regulations Section 6130

Enclosed for your information is the revision to Title 3, California Code of Regulations section 6130(a)(1), Civil Penalty Actions by Commissioners, prepared by the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR), and an information map regarding questions related to the revisions. This amended regulation became operative May 26, 2004.

Enforcement Letter ENF 03-20 provided the most recent version of the Regulations section of your Enforcement Manual. Please add the enclosed final text to your Enforcement Manual. Revised pages for the Enforcement Manual will be sent at a later date.
