Compliance Assessment Report–Executive Summary

Attached is the executive summary of the compliance assessment report. The compliance assessment report describes and analyzes the pesticide handler and field worker safety survey conducted by Enforcement staff from June 1997 to March 2001.

Because of the length of the compliance assessment report, a copy of the report is not attached. The compliance assessment report can be found on the Department of Pesticide Regulation’s external hsome page at www.cdpr.ca.gov. Click on “Programs and Services” and then click on “Enforcement and Compliance”. Then click on the “Compliance” listing. Hard copy of the report can be down loaded as a PDF or HTML files.
