Cooperative Agreement Between the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, the California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9

During the Spring 2003 California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association (CACASA) Conference, the latest priority case data collected by the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) was presented. CACASA agreed to continue the most recent agreement for an additional year, at which time a longer term for the cooperative agreement would be negotiated.

The current cooperative agreement between DPR, CACASA, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 has been signed by a representative of each of these agencies.
