Director’s Decision on an Appeal of a County Agricultural Commissioner Decision (Docket No. 171)

The Director’s decision on George Green’s appeal of the civil penalty levied by the Solano County Agricultural Commissioner is enclosed. The Director upheld the County Agricultural Commissioner’s decision to levy a $250 penalty for violation of Title 3, California Code of Regulations section 6738(d). One of Green’s employees failed to wear the chemical-resistant boots or a chemical resistant apron as required by the product label.
