Director’s Decision on an Appeal of a County Agricultural Commissioner Decision (Docket No. 173)

The Director’s decision on Mr. George Green’s (Dixon Aviation) appeal of the civil penalty levied by the Solano County Agricultural Commissioner is enclosed. The Hearing Officer concurred with the Commissioner’s decision to levy a $700 civil penalty for violation of Title 3 California Code of Regulations (3 CCR) section 6614(b)(3). The Director agreed with the Commissioner’s position that Mr. Green violated 3 CCR section 6614(b)(3) by continuing an application under conditions that could result in significant drift onto a non-target property.
