Enclosed is Administrative Docket Number 135, which contains the Director´s Decision on an Appeal of an Agricultural Civil Penalty, levied against Charles S. Mosesian-Mosesian Vineyards by the Madera County Agricultural Commissioner (CAC) for violations of Title 3, California Code of Regulations sections 6723.2(a), 6724(d), 6734(c), and 6761.1(a).
