Director’s Decision on an Appeal of a County Agricultural Commissioner Decision (Docket Number S-013)

Enclosed is Administrative Docket Number S-013, which contains the Structural Pest Control Disciplinary Review Committee´s Decision on an Appeal of a Structural Civil Penalty, levied against License-To-Kill, Inc., by the San Diego County Agricultural Commissioner (CAC) for a violation of Business and Professions Code section 8550.7

The Disciplinary Review Committee upheld the CAC´s findings that the Appellant failed to secure the premises against entry until the end of the exposure period and until it was safe for occupancy.
