Enforcement Response Workshops

The Department of Pesticide Regulation will hold several workshops for the County Agricultural Commissioners and their staff on the enforcement response proposed regulations. Included will be an overview of the proposed regulation and a discussion on how to classify a violation. The first workshop was held in Redding on June 28, 2006. The remaining seven workshops will be held throughout the state as follows:
