Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium, Volume 3 – Restricted Materials and Permitting, Replacement Page Guide to Updates

The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has finalized updates to Volume 3, Restricted Materials and Permitting, one of seven volumes of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium (Compendium). These changes were made after consultation with DPR’s Legal Office about questions that came up during the recent Restricted Materials and Permitting trainings. A Replacement Page Guide for Volume 3 is enclosed.

As described in ENF 2006-027, new and updated procedures, policies, or interpretations to Restricted Materials and Permitting will be issued in the form of update pages to the Compendium. All revisions will be available on-line; no printed copies will be distributed. Updates are available on DPR’s Restricted Materials and Permitting web site at: www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/enforce/compend/vol_3/rstrct_mat.htm under “Updates.” Please have your staff begin using the updates to Volume 3 immediately.

Suggestions for changes, additions, or deletions to the Compendium should be made to DPR, Enforcement Branch.
