Revised Agricultural Pest Control Adviser License Application Packet

The Department of Pesticide Regulation has revised the Agricultural Pest Control Adviser License Application Packet (PR-PML-84) to reflect the new mandatory educational requirements as stated in Title 3, California Code of Regulations (3CCR) section 6550. The requirements became effective on January 1, 2003.

Other changes reflected in the application:

  • Laws, Regulations and Basic Principles examination will now include Integrated Pest Management questions
  • Possession of a valid Qualified Applicator License and/or Aircraft Pest Control Certificate will not waive the Laws, Regulations and Basic Principles Examinations for the Adviser license.

Enclosed is a copy of the revised application packet for your information. It can be ordered by submitting requisition form PR-ENF-197 to:
