Revised Document: California Restricted Material Requirements Chart
The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) recently revised the one-page document, CALIFORNIA RESTRICTED MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Chart, PML-013a (REV. 12/01). The two pesticides that the State reclassified as restricted materials, Dazomet and Potassium N-methyldithiocarbamate when labeled for production of agricultural commodities (ENF 01-41) were the only amendments to the chart.
In a related matter, we have established as stand-alone documents:
- GROUNDWATER PROTECTION LIST, PML-013b; and
- MINIMAL EXPOSURE PESTICIDES, PML-013c.
DPR did not revise the information in PML-013b or PML-013c, but are making them available as separate documents. We have attached copies of these documents and will soon post them to the DPR Web site at: www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/license/lcpubs.htm.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mr. Adolfo R. Marvin-Gallo, Senior Pesticide Use Specialist at (916) 445-3895 or via email at amarvingallo@cdpr.ca.gov.
Sincerely,
