Revision to Manual of Procedural Guidance for Pesticide Enforcement Personnel

The Manual of Procedural Guidance for Pesticide Enforcement Personnel, dated June 24, 1999, was recently distributed to all counties and manual holders within the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR).

Page 165 of the manual was recently revised. The last two sentences on page 165 have been added to the Research Authorization section to more accurately reflect DPR’s existing policy regarding the verification of crop destruct requirements on research authorizations.

Please remove the current page(s) 164-165 (printed back-to-back) from your manual and insert the attached revised page(s).
