Revisions to the Department of Pesticide Regulation’s Chloropicrin Tarpaulin List
This letter announces revisions to the California Department of Pesticide Regulation‘s (DPR) Chloropicrin tarpaulin list (revision date July 1, 2018). Only tarpaulins listed on DPR’s Chloropicrin tarpaulin list qualify for the reduced totally impermeable film (TIF) 60% buffer zone credit when used for chloropicrin applications.
DPR‘s Chloropicrin tarpaulin list was updated to include only TIF tarpaulins meeting DPR‘s permeability testing criteria and the TIF tarpaulin identification requirements specified by the label. The revised list of TIF tarpaulins is enclosed and available at https://www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/emon/pubs/tac/dpr_tarp_list.pdf (122 kb).
