Training Dates for Investigation Procedures, Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium Volume V
The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has recently mailed out to all County Agricultural Commissioners the newly developed Investigation Procedures (Volume V) of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium. As stated in ENF 05-027, DPR will conduct training sessions for County Agricultural Commissioners staff as follows:

Persons interested in attending the training session must contact the Enforcement Branch Liaison assigned to their county to register no later than two weeks prior to any dates of the training to ensure that sufficient handouts are available. Please review the Investigation Procedures Manual DPR sent out as an enclosure to ENF 05-27 so the training exercises and scenarios will help you further understand the newly updated policies and procedures in this manual.
