Update to Volume 5, Investigation Procedures Compendium, Corrected Link to Identify Priority Episodes

This letter announces the availability of, and summarizes an update to Volume 5, Investigation Procedures, one of eight volumes of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium. Updates are enclosed and will be available online. Please have your staff begin using this update as soon as possible; hard copies will not be distributed.

To print the revised portions of the manual, select from the enclosures or go to www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/enforce/compend/vol_5/invstprc.htm. It is recommended the sections be printed back-to-back, where applicable.

This revision updates the link to the most current Cooperative Agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, and the California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association, dated June 3, 2005, which was sent to County Agricultural Commissioners via Enforcement Letter 05-19.
