Updates to Compendium Volume 2, Laws and Regulations

This letter announces the availability of and summarizes updates to Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium. Replacement pages and a table summarizing the changes are enclosed.

Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations: Effective April 1, 2018 Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations was amended to change the definition of “Filtering facepiece” in section 6000 and remove the term “dust mask” from section 6739(b)(3).

Printing copies: It is recommended that you print the replacement pages back-to-back to ensure correct pagination. Insert new pages and remove old pages.
