Updates to Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium
This letter contains updates to Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, one of eight volumes of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium.
This update is comprised of new and amended sections of Title 3, California Code of Regulations (3CCR) making the rodenticides brodifacoum, bromadiolone, difenacoum, and difethialone California restricted materials, effective July 1, 2014. A separate Question and Answer letter to CACs, regarding these changes, is currently being prepared. This update is composed of the following:
