Updates to Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium

This letter announces the availability of, and summarizes updates and changes to, Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium.

This update includes the new Notification Regulations and a group of non-substantive changes.

Title 3, California Code of Regulations

Notification Regulations:

• Section 6618 – Notice of Applications
• Section 6619 – Notice of Completed Applications
• Section 6761.1 – Application-Specific Information for Fieldworkers
• Section 6770 – Field Reentry After Scheduled or Completed Pesticide Applications

*The remaining changes are non-substantive.

To print the revised portions of the manual, it is recommended that the enclosure be printed back-to-back. Remove the old sections from the manual and insert the new sections.
