Use and Sale Conditions for Chlorpyrifos Products

On October 9, the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) issued the enclosed letter notifying registrants, dealers, end users, and stakeholders of the cancellation of many products containing the active ingredient chlorpyrifos. As detailed in the letter, the listed products cannot be sold or distributed by licensed dealers after February 6, 2020 and end users must stop use by December 31, 2020.

DPR has sent copies of this letter to registrants and dealers; however, we suggest you provide the enclosed cancellation letter to persons with a permit for chlorpyrifos affected by the order.
