Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium

This letter announces the availability of updates and changes to, Volume 2, Laws and Regulations, of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium. In addition, we will be mailing each county a new, updated Volume 2 CD. The CD should arrive within the next few weeks.

This update is comprised of new and amended sections for five authorities. The major changes are highlighted below.

Food and Agricultural Code (FAC):

To print the revised portions of the manual, select from the enclosures and print back to back. Each file contains instructions for removing the old sections and inserting the new sections.
