Location. The CalEPA Headquarters Building is a modern, LEED Platinum-certified facility that is designed with energy and water efficiency in mind. The building has a childcare center, exercise room and showers, and indoor bicycle parking. It is close to restaurants, shops, farmers markets, and public parking. It is also easily accessible by bicycle, light rail, city buses, and commuter buses with discounts available on many transit passes.
