General Administration of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program, Volume 1 of the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium, describes the general authority of the PUE program; CAC activity reporting to and evaluation by DPR; interpretations of the various licenses issued by DPR, the Structural Pest Control Board, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement; pesticide use reporting; and CAC training and resources. The contents of this manual supersede guidance in earlier manuals and previous letters to the county agricultural commissioners.
