DPR made a change without regulatory effect to title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6386. This non-substantive action updates mill assessment rates on pesticide products to align with Food and Agricultural Code section 12841(f), as amended by Assembly Bill 2113 (Stats. 2024, ch. 60, sec. 17).
