Implementation of Pesticide Registration And Renewal Fee Increase And Revision of Application Forms

In accordance with California Food and Agricultural Code section 12812, the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) adopted, by emergency regulation, revised registration and annual registration renewal fees. Effective October 1, 2024, California Code of Regulations, Title 3 (3 CCR), sections 6148, 6148.5, 6170, and 6216 will reflect new pesticide registration-related fees as shown in the Table below.
