On February 25, 2022, the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) published a notice of proposed rulemaking as a first step in the regulatory process to adopt control measures necessary to protect pollinator health. DPR provided the public with an opportunity to provide feedback on the rulemaking by holding a public hearing and a 60-day comment period.
