Neonicotinoid Proposed Regulations and Response to Public Comments

In August 2020, the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) held neonicotinoid public feedback webinars to share information, answer questions, and receive feedback from registrants and other stakeholders on draft proposed mitigation for the protection of pollinator health. DPR accepted comments on the draft proposal for 80 days after the webinars and received over 9000 comments.
