Notice of Additional Materials and Second Extension of Comment Period for the Proposed Pollinator Protection Mitigation Measure for Use of Nitroguanidine-Substituted Neonicotinoids in Agricultural Crops

The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) held webinars on August 11 and 12, 2020, to gather feedback from the public and other stakeholders on proposed pollinator protection mitigation measures for uses of the nitroguanidine-substituted neonicotinoids in agricultural crops. To provide additional background information on the proposal, DPR has made available a memorandum titled “Identification of Crop Residue Studies for Development of Draft Proposed Pollinator Protection Regulations in Response to the Neonicotinoid Reevaluation” dated September 25, 2020.
