Notice of Decision Pertaining to Imidacloprid Residue Detections in Groundwater

The Director of the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has issued a final decision in response to the Pesticide Registration and Evaluation Committee (PREC) Subcommittee’s findings and recommendations for the Pesticide Contamination Prevention Act (PCPA) review process for imidacloprid.
