The Business and Professions Code section 8616 states that no disciplinary action by a county agricultural commissioner (CAC) may be taken in the Structural Pest Control Enforcement Program against a licensee of the SPCB until training has been completed. Therefore, DPR has scheduled both basic training for new and advanced training for more experienced CAC staff. The site and dates for the training are as follows: Los Angeles County We have reserved 70 rooms at the rate of $84.00 per room per day if reservations are made by May 20, 2001, at Four Points Hotels Sheraton for this training.
