Court Decisions - Decisions on Appeal from Director or Disciplinary Review Committee Decisions Upholding County Administrative Actions
Back to Decisions on Appeal from County Administrative Actions
The county agricultural commissioner's office, as the primary county agency who enforces both agricultural and structural pesticide use violations, levies administrative fines for those violations. The company or individual fined can appeal to the Director (agricultural violations) or to the Disciplinary Review Committee (structural). If the Director or the Disciplinary Review Committee uphold the county action, it can be appealed through the court system. The following are final court decisions in those appeals.
