Decisions on Appeals from DPR Administrative Actions
DPR can levy administrative penalties on companies and individuals who sell unregistered or misbranded pesticide products, fail to pay required fees on pesticide sales, or pack and sell products with illegal pesticide residues. If a penalty is levied after an administrative hearing, the individual or company has the right to appeal the decision of the Director through the court system. The following are final court decisions in appeals from administrative penalties levied by the Director.
